Comprehensive Overview
Under Section 31 of the Factories Act, 1948, all pressure vessels operating above atmospheric pressure (compressed air receivers, jacketed chemical reactors, heat exchangers, autoclaves) must undergo periodic examination by a DISH-authorized Competent Person. We perform hydrostatic testing at 1.5x design pressure, ultrasonic wall thickness measurement, safety relief valve popping pressure calibration, and issue official Form 10 certificates.
